Tucked in a lush citrus grove, Mandarin Grove has all the qualities to offer a theurepeutic environment for you to embark on journey of mental and spiritual transformation. We start the day with breathing classes and yoga sessions by creating a perfect sense of bonding with each of the participant becoming a fellow sister and brother to be part of this unique experience.  Relishing a carefullyassorted healthy dishes,  sampling organic-infuseddrinks and counselling on how to improve inter-personal and intra-personal relationships and how to combat trammels that block our energy with valuable insights to re-claim your positive vibes  back, are what weintersperse the rest of day through wide range of activities that aim to unlockthe mental barriers.

Coaching Activities

Mentoring and coaching in various different subjects from manifestig your personal choices to how to reach your full potential in professional and personal relationships, are meticouously assorted to cultivate a sense of leverage to help unravel the knots and ties that restrain your potential. By inculcating uplifting positive self-affirmation through changing our perceptions and creating new thinking and reasoning patterns, we aim to instill a vision of self-growth and progression that pave he way for a mental prosperity and resilience.

Outdoor/Nature Activities

Daily trekking activities to connect the soul with nature will not only deliver you its soothing effect to relax your spirit but at the same time would maximize your oxygen intake, stimulate the production of endorphin in your body. We choose the most enjoyable trekking tracks for you to discover more about hidden splendor of charming Urla village, which has risen to a high echeleon among discerning local residents thanks to its natural roots, charming heritage and close proximity to the city center. To spice up the joy and excitement, we have also added a bit of an excursion-flavored trekking activity to our outdoor activity program to include the famous Ephesus and of Virgin Mary where you a can get a galore of sense of history amids natural pathways and a glimpse of a local Turkish culture.

Nutrition

Nutrition is not justt a simple matter of necessity for the survival of the mankind, it is equally important for a robust mental state and a blissful life. The nutrition awareness program we have created on our Mental Booth Camp is professionally crafted to embody both the micro and the macro elements of nutrition to combat against inflammation which is also known as the by-product of toxins, processed-food and strress – the three evils of modern life that opens the flushgates for all kinds of physical and mental conditions. The special immunity-boosting diet plan that we offer for the entire two weeks Mental Boothcamp program would not only detox your body, but at the same time boost your mental stamina and rev up your parasympathetic nerve system to help relax your body and rekindle your mental prowess. Hence we select and source natural compounds and nutrients to enrich your gut microbiome by essentially increasing the intake of probiotic, pre-biotic and by introduing more antioxidant-rich nutrient in our daily nutrition program.

Our expert team uses tested techniques in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT) to establish the connection between body and soul, express your feelings, recognize the thought underlying your anxiety, and learn how to manage your anxiety.

Cognitive behavioral therapy helps you express your feelings and thoughts what the counselees thoughts are about the current problem and how it affects their Daily lives. The aim here is to make counselee aware of the negative thoughts and behaviours that affect their mental health and to replace them with healthy thoughts and behaviours. All Mindfull-Bases Cognitive Behavioral Therapy treatments are delivered in individuals sessions, there is absolutely no administration of any medication in our treatment packages.
